lf the Google Play store is refusing to work, then that's a major problem as this is your gateway to app downloads and other services, such as your Google Play Music and Google Play Books. This has probably occurred soon after updates, possibly without you knowing if you've activated automatic updates. The best way to deal with this issue is to go into your phone's Settings, find Apps, find Google Play store or Google Play services and uninstall the updates. This will revert the settings to how they were before when it was working. This will give Google chance to work outthe bugs, then update next time they rollout patches. Hopefully, Google Play services will then be back to normal.
